  • Why shop Wired Up?

Wired Up diverts thousands of cords, cables, computers, metal and other technological materials from the landfill. At the same time, Wired Up offers a low-cost option for desktop computers, laptops, and other accessories to customers in the Cleveland and Canton metropolitan area.

  • What is the exchange policy?

All equipment is tested before being sold at Goodwill stores. Computer accessories, audio-visual cables, networking cables, adapters, and items that do not contain a microprocessor are non-refundable, but Goodwill will honor an exchange of like items. Wired Up offers a guarantee on software-related components such as driver installation and operating system functionality for 30 days. Equipment must be exchanged at the site it was purchased.
