Gift cards make the perfect gift for the thrifter in your life! Gift cards for Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio can be purchased in any denomination at our retail locations. Gift cards are also available online for any amount.
Wired Up
Wired Up is a program of Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, offering a wide selection of donated electronics—including games, game consoles, cameras, tablets, computer accessories, cell phones, and more. All Goodwill retail stores sell electronics, but our Tanglewood location is dedicated exclusively to electronics, providing an even broader and more specialized selection. Goodwill safely removes any data from all computer donations. It provides individuals with a free method of disposing of any unwanted computer materials. All computers go to a centralized area to be erased with 1 pass of zeros written to each drive. Flash memory devices are returned to a factory state.

Good Points Plus: The Little Program with Big Savings
Get rewarded for Goodwill shopping! Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio’s new loyalty program, Good Points Plus+ rewards customers for shopping.
Earn one point for every dollar spent on regular priced items, then redeem every 100 points for $5 reward. Customers must register online at GoodPointsPlus.org. Register, shop and get rewarded!
Points earned expire after 12 months. Rewards expire after 30 days.
*Good Points is only valid at stores owned and operated by Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio; Inc. Good Points are not valid at Goodwill’s Outlet.
Give Me Five
Here’s everything you need to know about Goodwill’s Give Me Five discount, how it will work and how it will work with other rewards and discounts.
Goodwill’s Give Me Five discount program provides customers at our retail stores with the opportunity to save on virtually all items purchased in our stores without having to wait weeks to receive the discount. Customers who spend $30 pre-tax or more in one transaction will receive $5 off their purchase.
Additionally, discounts will apply when the following pre-tax totals are met in a single transaction:
- $10 off $60 pre-tax spending in one transaction
- $15 off $90 or more pre-tax spending in one transaction
No, this discount will not apply at our Westlake bookstore, North Canton bookstore, Canton outlet, Cleveland outlet, or Wired-Up in Bainbridge Township.
The discount will be applied automatically at the register when a customer reaches $30, $60 or $90 in pre-tax spending on eligible items. There is no coupon necessary to receive this discount.
Wired-Up laptops, PCs and game consoles are excluded from the discount. Additionally, gift card purchases are excluded from the discount. Other exclusions may apply. See store for details.
Yes, new goods and closeouts will apply toward spending to receive the discount.
No, customers may not stack discounts. Only one discount at a time may be applied. Seniors may choose to use their senior discount instead of the Give Me Five promotion if they choose.
Yes, Good Points Plus+ points will be earned on discounted purchases as long as the customer is registered for the Good Points Plus+ program. It is free to register and can be done online at GoodPointsPlus.org or at the register before checking out.
Yes, Good Points rewards may be used when a Give Me Five discount is applied. Please refer to the chart below:

Return/Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange clothing items only with tags still attached and the original receipt within five days of purchase to receive store credit. Store credit good for 60 days. Refer to your purchase receipt for further details regarding Goodwill’s exchange policy.
