Goodwill Appoints New Board Members
CANTON, OH – June 30, 2021 – Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. (“Goodwill”) has appointed five new members to its Board of Directors. Exiting from their roles on the Board were: Tim Beauch, Michael Eberhart, Lisa Gavales, William Maddox, and Mark Thurin. The outgoing Board members served in a variety of leadership roles during their time on the Board and collectively volunteered for the agency for more than 90 years.
“There are no words to truly express how grateful we are for the leadership and guidance Tim, Michael, Lisa, Bill, and Mark gave to Goodwill,” said President and CEO Anne Richards. “Their impact can be seen through the growth of our retail operations, mission programming and the outreach to thousands in our communities.”
Joining the Board of Directors for three-year terms are the following community leaders:
Tiffany Evans is the Director of Physician Recruitment and Relations at Aultman Hospital. Evans has been with Aultman for over 14 years in a variety of leadership and programming roles and is a licensed dietician. Holding her American Academy of Physician Recruiters Certification, she has presented on leadership and diversity topics both regionally and nationally. Evans holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics degree from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Malone University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and experiencing various international destinations and a majority of the United States.
Dr. Stacy Feiner is a business psychologist and is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Psynamics. Additionally, Feiner is the Founder and Business Psychologist of Feiner Enterprises. She speaks nationally on how the science of psychology improves performance in all facets of business, serves on several board in northeast Ohio, and publishes regularly in Forbes and other business journals. Feiner holds a PsyD, Doctor of Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School for Professional Psychology and has focused on business psychology for most of her career.
William Morgenstern is the Managing Partner / Owner of Perspectives CAC, LLC which is an executive leadership and organizational consulting firm. Morgenstern has held numerous leadership positions with non-profit organizations and local companies, as well as is a successful entrepreneur. Additionally, he completed the Executive / Leadership and Development Program at the University of Notre Dame, received his undergraduate degree at Youngstown State University, and holds numerous professional certifications.
Carrie Rosenfelt is the Senior Vice President / Director, Community Development Outreach for Huntington National Bank. Rosenfelt is responsible for Huntington’s community engagement, philanthropy, and volunteerism initiatives. Prior to joining Huntington, she served in lead development roles for several non-profits and higher education institutions. Rosenfelt holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a certificate in Women’s Studies from the University of Maryland.
Taylor Schauer is the Executive Vice President and CFO of the Schauer Group, Inc. A long-time community volunteer, he serves on a variety of local and regional boards including the Early Childhood Resource Center, Stark Mental Health & Addiction Recovery, and the Builders Exchange of East Central Ohio. Schauer holds an MBA from the University of Akron and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, along with licenses / certifications in risk management and insurance underwriting.
