What is Good Points Plus+?
Good Points Plus+ is Goodwill of Greater Cleveland East Central Ohio’s loyalty program for shoppers. It is our way of thanking loyal shoppers for their support of our nonprofit mission: changing lives through education, training and employment.

Do all Goodwills have rewards programs?
No. In fact, we are one of few. We believe that this is a fun and high-impact way to thank our loyal shoppers and look forward to your feedback!

Why should I join?
Good Points Plus+ members receive:
• Offers throughout the year, sent to your cell phone or email.
• Surprise offers could include special sale days, BOGOs, cash rewards and more!
• Advance notice of special sale events.
• A birthday offer — just share your birth month/year in sign-up!
• Extra rewards for email subscribers. -
How do I earn and redeem my points?
When you reach 100 points ($100 spent), you will receive a $5 off reward off your next purchase. The cashier will ask you if you would like to redeem your points.

What about my privacy?
Goodwill of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio will act in accordance with all state and federal privacy laws. We will not share your data outside of our Good Points Plus+ program. To view our full privacy policy, click here.

How do I show membership and redeem Good Points Plus+?
Simply provide your phone number to the cashier at any Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio location. There are no cards to keep up with.

Where can I use my Good Points Plus+ Rewards?
Membership benefits can be used or accessed at all retail stores (not including outlets) operated by Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio. View our store locations and get directions at Find a Location | Goodwill Greater Cleveland & East Central OH. Simply give your phone number at the register to look up any current rewards. As of 1/1/26, all Seniors need to be rewards members to receive special discounts.

Can tax-exempt customers belong to Good Points Plus+?
Only individuals can join the loyalty program. Businesses are not eligible. If an individual is eligible for tax-exempt status, they also can be a loyalty customer.

Why do I need to give you certain information?
Your Good Points Plus+ account distinguishes you from other shoppers and allows us to tailor rewards and discounts to you and distribute them to you via your responses on the registration form. For example, providing your birthday allows us to send you a special birthday offer.

Do Good Points Plus+ points expire?
Yes. Earned points expire after one year. Special offers do expire. You will receive a text and/or email to tell you when your newest offer is live and when it expires. The cashier will not have the ability to alter this expiration or reinstate an expired reward.
