Goodwill Change for Good

  

Your Goodwill is changing to a new computer system. This is a big change and may affect customer and donor experience. We promise, this change is for the better, but during this transition, there will be some adjustments that will affect customers.         

GIFT CARDS

Sales of gift cards are paused until June 1, and redemption will be disrupted at some stores. If you are shopping with a gift card, please ask in advance if the store you are shopping at can accept a gift card at that time. Redemption and sales will be fully restored to all stores on June 1.

EXCHANGES and STORE CREDIT

Goodwill’s exchange policy is paused until June 1. Fitting rooms remain open, so customers should try on any clothes before making a purchase. Store credits are also temporarily paused, but can be used beginning June 1.

GOOD POINTS

The Goodwill loyalty program has ended, effective 1/15 at the North Canton store and at all other stores 2/15. A new program, Good Points Plus+ will launch June 1. No points or rewards from the old loyalty program will transfer to the new program. Early sign up for Good Points Plus+ will begin as soon as the sign up site is live.
